I just wanted to give a shout out to all of our preferred vendors that helped us out with our wedding show display. It was all so fantastic!
It is always so much work preparing for the wedding show, but in the end, always worth it. We of course LOVE the opportunity to show off our creative, stylish and unique-chic wedding style ~ that is after all what being a wedding planner is about, right?

We have EVERYONE talking and are extremely excited to announce the arrival of The W List!! This has been a project that has been works for quite some time. The W List was created by Six Elite photographers who are each other’s biggest competition, yet greatest allies. The W List is our opportunity to combine our efforts and present Winnipeg (and surrounding area) with the Industry Elite.

Kaleigh & Graham January 10, 2009 Wedding Day Coordination

Congratulations to a very happy couple! What a terrific way to kick off our Wedding Day Coordinations for 2009!

When we first met Kaleigh and Graham, there was an instant connection. With Kaleigh's colours and inspiration, we were able to design an absolutely perfect wedding! We used fuschia and black linens and combined them with satin silver chair covers, table runners and napkins. The result... AMAZING!
The ceremony and reception took place at The Gates on Roblin. The staff, food, service and location were all what you would expect... FANTASTIC!

Darcie & Darren All Inclusive Planning and Coordination

Congratulations to our happy couple!

We first met Darcie last summer. Darcie knew right away the wedding she wanted and Madeline's Weddings was prepared to deliver!
Darcie and Darren had a big move to Toronto last year and put the wedding plans on hold in the mean time. When Darcie contacted us in September and asked us to get the planning started once again... we were thrilled! We hit the ground running and since we had only 3 months to plan the entire wedding, we had to move quick! The result was PHENOMINAL!
It was once of the most elegant and classiest weddings we have had the pleasure of putting together. See for yourself!

Get The Inside Scoop on Booking one of Madeline's Favourite Photographers for YOUR Wedding!

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Curtis Moore Photography this last summer. We can tell you first hand the rumors are TRUE. Curtis is Winnipeg's up and coming photographer. His talent and level of service will exceed your expectations... and his personality, well that's the icing on the cake! Curtis is like a breathe of fresh air...

Curtis is a lifestyle-wedding photographer in Winnipeg who specializes in capturing awesome people doing awesome things and all the details that surround them. He loves weddings, photography, family and people in love.

Curtis’s strongest ability is making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. His images are young, fresh, modern and depict the REAL person. He truly cares about the people he photographs and the love they have for each other. Getting to know each couple during a session really gets him excited to capture what they are all about and that makes it easy for him to get them going. Since most of his clients have booked more than a year in advance, he really likes to take the time to get to know them well.

Booking Curtis between 8 and 12 months before the wedding will ensure your date is available. About 85% of the weddings are booked more than a year in advance. To find the right photographer, Curtis suggests getting out there to meet a few photographers face to face to see if you mesh well together. There is a lot more than the photography to consider when choosing your photographer.

When Curtis shoots a wedding, he starts with the engagement session... this gives him the chance to get to know the bride and groom and give them an understanding of what to expect on their wedding day. After the engagement session and any additional consultation regarding the wedding plans, “We are ready to rock!” Nothing he does ever feels like a "photo shoot;" the wedding day should be all about the love the couple has for each other and the ability to take it all in, stress free. Curtis’s favorite part of the job is the reaction he gets from the bride and groom the first time they see their photos. Curtis works very hard to ensure he far exceeds anything they ever imagine.
